For many of our customers, the challenge is not just finding the right component, it’s often to find the external partner for part adjustment. 

To support our customers beyond our supply, we introduced an additional capability in our operation, in-house CNC machining. 

This allows us to act as an extra adapting layer in the supply chain, ensuring that parts are tailored before they go out for delivery. 

From standard parts to tailored solutions 

We saw early on that many customers were forced to adapt their operational efficiency based on the availability of a third-party provider. 

To further help our customers, we invested in our own CNC machine, enabling us to modify parts directly, based on our customer requirements. 

This means we can deliver components that are already adapted before they reach our customers. This capability has become a natural extension of our offer, and is an example on how we strive to deliver better solutions.
